Doesn't matter, just make sure it's for the same build that you are on. Zipthemer replaces images and then creates a flash able zip.

Those guys have turned into such a fucking joke it's not even funny. Pretty much turned me off from using anything officially CM again. At least now we'll get buildbot builds from Roman instead of hacked source builds.

the insurance company can change their rates though, it happened a year or two at verizon but doesn't happen often. Cancel insurance if you want or just deal with it since it doesn't happen often.

First you need to have ICS on your phone (with a mod to show the keys since you wouldn't need them by default), then you photoshop some files, run them through zipthemer, then flash it.

Also, if you did it, you'd have on-screen buttons as well as your normal buttons underneath it :/

I turned on the setting in Franco that turns off a core when screen is off and turned on the "moar charge thru USB" option.

Need to remember that if I can't get to adb/media when I plug in the phone that it's probably that second option and not a dead usb port :rofluhoh:

Opening MMS and Phone app have always felt slow to me, but that fixes it. The fade animation is kind of cool, but rather the apps open quicker.

Wish it was possible to fast charge on USB and still be able to copy shit over.

I think that's mostly because its non-removable. They make it span the whole width/height of the devices and fits right up against other components. When they're removable I think they need a thicker case, room for contacts, a shield between the battery compartment and the boards and shit, etc.

That said, the Maxx is barely thicker than the normal RAZR so they have some sekzi battery in there

Curious, in what way do you think that? From a purely graphical point of view. Android as it's shown has very little color contrast between the blue, black and gray. It also has the "nerdy" vibe to it that scares so many people away because it has an aura of complexity that's not really there. If HTC does what they say they're going to do and Sense 4.0 bears even a little resemblance to the previews, it looks beautiful and inviting for people who don't give a damn about AOSP and the Google experience.

Why no? Consumers know what they want. Nexus devices are less than 2% of Android phones EVER sold. Seeing as they've been on all 4 major carriers now it's not from lack of exposure. The majority of people want a pleasant, easy to use interface with neat gadgets and that's it.

It is lack of exposure brah. How many nexus devices have there been? G1 (kinda), N1, NS, and GNex. How many non-Nexus devices? Of course the ones w/ skins will do better when there are fucktons of them.

I can see how some people may like the fugly gradients and "3D" textured shit and green batteries on their bars and shit but no thx DNW. The cheesiest I like my UIs are MIUI and even in its stock form, MIUI isn't cheesy.

My thoughts on the three phones in that preview are.. Left: Camera UI looks minimal which is nice but why the chrome shit on the two buttons? Center: Best shot of Sense I've ever seen because of the transparent bar and fairly simple dock and whatnot. Still don't like the green battery. Right: Music player looks decent but green battery and gradient bar plz go.

herp derp so i decided to reset it (power + volume up) and i think it is working now.

when i connected it first to the computer it did not give me the pop up for a new device detected. now it did. willl check in a few minutes if the charge went up

I use PS. That way I don't have to size the pic too. Also, I have noticed that imgur compresses pics and makes them look like crap.

Also put them keys in le DB.

I'll have to double check but Im fairly certain my aokp folder is close to 20GB in size. You should make your partition bigger and enable ccache, will cut your build time in half.

There's a bit of a shitstorm going to be brewing soon with le Fascinate. Guy who merged it with AOKP source threw in the Glitch kernel for building, instead of the Common Galaxy S-CM kernel. Someone is going to install voltage control or setCPU and fry their damn phone because they don't know any better. Glitch only works with NSTools due to the LiveOC system. The "stock" CM kernel can't be overclocked.

Got my nav keys back :sofa: otherwise the added transparent menus and diff icons up top are win. Got GLaDOS setup. Still need a better recovery but can't find the xoomdev one anywhere. Gonna they the CWM touch one in a min.

Downloaded M4 for le Fassy when I was in the shower this morning and did a full wipe+flash. I love the way they reworked the weather. Much nicer/professional looking.

The only problem I see with the status bar transparency Wan is that in apps (messaging for example) it's still transparent and the top menu of the app is a dark color. Just looks :blah:

And I've gone back to the regular 200-1200mHz clock speed with no LiveOC. For some reason it just doesn't play well with my phone. You have to overclock the BUS by 110% of so before noticing much and it kills battery life. It's plenty fast enough without it.
