Yeah you can use Smart Keyboard Pro, Better Keyboard from the Market, or you can pull the stock keyboard from like CM and pull it out of the zip.

I didn't have any problems when I ran it either. Focused is pretty much GummyJAR with working hotspot so its win for me. Supposedly the Fission guy is pretty close to getting the power control widget in the drop down.

I think focused and fission gave me reboots and shit when I tried them. But that was a long time ago, I'm sure they're better now.

Just don't except the OTA or flash one of those 4 types of ROMs, simple enough. There isn't much development on them anyways to be honest. They are also really nice stock, already have widgets in pulldown and what not. I got one yesterday since everybody pitched in to pay the price difference over the Nook for my Xmas gift. I honestly don't even feel the need to flash a custom ROM. If I can just get it deodexed I will be happy.

For the Tab? You only have to pay for the first month and then cancel. I just got the $20 plan and Costco credited you for it and the activation fee along with having them on sale already.

I only use 1 screen too, ADW has better drawer options. I like my transparent drawer.

You will have to sign a contract and pay for a plan. Tmo has them for $350 with a 2 year contract. Cheapest data plan is 25. So 25x24=600 so you are paying more than full price for it over time.

I played with my dads friends Evo and it felt sluggish. It was stock but so was my X at that point. I'm sure it was Senses fault though. The phone felt solid in the hand.

Also thought my screen was crisper which is weird since they have almost the same resolution. Maybe screen type.

I think with a nice Senseless Rom, it would have been a nice phone imo.

Bigger screen and definitely built more solid. The 4" screen is probably close to the same width as the X's which is all I care about. We'll see, dunno what I will do. Maybe I will see if I can swap it out then complain it sucks when the Thunderbolt comes out to see if I can swap for it lol.

I've only had that happen with one phone. My wife's old EnV dumbphone. The first one kept rebooting so they replaced it. The replacement looked like someone had attacked it with a scotchbrite. The next replacement had one dpad button that didn't work. She gave up and kept that one.

Insurance on the other hand has never send me a shitty phone but that's paid for.

I know Android fans on here wouldn't want to here it, but I wouldn't mind trading for a 9650 right now.

My BB9630 trackball is starting to irritate me, and the 9650 has the trackpad with more RAM and OS6. Chris is sending me a new trackball for his AT&T store, and gonna see if that fixes or helps the problem.

The DX is probably a lot better because of the phone width when compared to the D1. Now, the battery life is a big thing because I am usually at school or have my phone away from a charger at the very least from 1000-2200 M-F.

I usually don't have problems with CL. Yeah I'll get a few fgts that want it for nothing (which reminds me, $5 shipped for the ext batt brah?) but just stay firm and shit usually sells after a while.
