mine does that too, a reboot usually fixes it though. just try to download something, make sure it says "downloading" then reboot and it should automatically download/install. you should be good from there.

i still hate the new market. i'd get that shit happening all the time or it would just refuse to load the info for an app even though if i went to a different app it would load instantly, and overall it was just slower. It added a couple nice features and looked pretty but performs like shit.

The Nexus Prime. Will be the next Google Nexus phone which means it comes with stock vanilla Android. It also means it will ship with the newest OS before every other phone (Ice Cream Sandwich), it will always be updated sooner, and it will be unlockable.

And the biggest thing, Verizon is actually getting this one. Previous Nexus phones never made it to VZW.

The HTC Vigor and maybe the Droid HD. But they'll be locked down with Sense and Blur most likely. That's why the Nexus is even sexier. Oh and those two will probably launch with Gingerbread, not ICS.

Yes and no. The processor and ram and whatnot is probably similar or the same but it is going to have a 720p screen. 4.3" or 4.6" DO WANT. It'll be Vanilla, it'll be on VZW, it will have ICS, it won't have physical buttons on the front, etc.

As for the curved screen, the N1 wasn't curved. The NS was but AFAIK it is a flat screen under curved glass. I think the Prime will be the first with a true curved display so we'll see whats up with that shit.

The whole intro to the ad is talking about things that go together. Candles/Wine, Cookies/Milk, etc. So some people think it could be the Prime and a "Tablet" w/ no internals that the phone docks into. That or they are just saying that Samsung and Android go hand in hand or Nexus and Verizon or something. :shrug: The gold contacts on the side hint to some sort of dock but it could just be for a desktop/car dock or for charging.

Launcher Pro (no transparent statusbar)
MIUI Launcher (just a clone of the official MIUI one)
MIUI.ADW (uses its own built in icons, not the ones form my MIUI theme)

Also the most recent version of ADW EX doesn't use the MIUI themed icons either :blah:

So I have to use ADW (which seems much less smooth than EX), Go Launcher (meh), MIUI (no appdrawer plz go), or an older version of ADW EX which keeps force closing on me :roflmao:

No, just to do it mainly. I've always turned my electronics off at night when I'm not using them. Turn phone, laptop, TV etc off when I get ready for bed. Creature of habit I guess.

Btw, some randomness went down this morning. I had an old version of ADW EX installed because it uses MIUI's themed icons. The newer version uses default system icons. The old version was working great for me. I woke up this morning and got a changelog popup because it had updated itself. :wat:

I'm still not sure about the ICS color scheme from all these screencaps. Maybe the colors will look a little different on an SAMOLED screen than they do on my monitor. The Honeycomb themes are hard as hell to see in any sort of bright light. Purple + black background = fail.

Wife's D1 has OMFGB on it right now. So far it has been the most stable. I put it on a while ago though so I don't know what version it is running. Before that I flashed it with MIUI, Project Elite, and I think something else. :chin: she always said it was slow and buggy. OMFGB seems to be pretty legit.
