I just hope the LTE works well. All the current 4G devices drop signal and take shits all the time. The Nexus is a lot thinner than all of them though, I think it may have a different type of LTE hardware in it. Who knows though. :shrug:

I don't know if any of you are on the latest MIUI for the DX but it has a BAMF Boot Menu. When you reboot, a blue LED comes on while the "M" is still displaying. If you hit volume down when that LED comes on, it will pop you straight into the boot menu which you can use to get into recovery (stock or CWR) and once they tweak it a little more, you'll be able to use it to over/unclock and boot multiple roms.

The fact that it pops up while the M is still on makes me think it will help when getting into a bootloop situation. Without a real recovery, that would usually mean an SBF is needed but I'm thinking this boot menu would give us the chance to go in and restore a backup or reflash a rom.

Yep, the DX and previous don't have pentile screens. They have sharp screens. Not as vivid as Sammys but more crisp, I like them. The pentiles looks all pixelly even with their higher resolution. :blah:

But the RAZR isn't pentile, its AMOLED.

If you don't want to fux with mtz files and replacing all your icons and shit, then just go into the Themes app, hit "Customize", hit "Icon", tap "Online Icon" at the top, then look thru them all. Find one you like, click it, click Download. Then press back and click "Local Icon" at the top, that shows all the icons you already have on your phone. Find the one you want to apply, tap it, tap apply.

The GNex is 4.63" or something. I know the buttons make it a 4.3" but you still get the full bamfness when watching a movie, playing certain games, etc. Plus, it is 720p, not qHD like the RAZR.

So the dude who takes the Chinito version of MIUI and ports it to the DX is a dude named DroidXChat. He ports it over, writes a few scripts, does some smali stuff, etc to make it run smooth and he does a great job.

Some fgt in the thread is asking him to make his own texting app from scratch that has a combined inbox because "he would like that".

System apps = no beuno on GB, yet anyway. Although apparently the GB drivers can work with ICS, hence why there's a booting version of it on le Fascinate already. There is a way to enable tethering but it requires a $3 app. There is a free way to do it but requires installing programs on your computer, pulling a database from the system, editing them (could fuck shit up), readding them, etc.
