Found some AOSP builds that are nice and vanilla besides fixes but no theme chooser. The only roms I can find with theme chooser are CM/AOKP/PA/etc with extra shit I don't need. :blahclap:

Yeah that's what I'm gonna do. I'm going to reflash it also. Before I tried xPosed I flashed a couple mods on top of Shiny. Now those mods and gravitybox get confused (especially in quicksettings).

The Moto G is pretty bamf. Not spec-wise but for $179 off contract you get a quad core phone with 4.3 (4.4 soon they said). It's 720p with 1gb of ram and only 8gb internal but that's still plenty of phone for <$200 retail.

somethig is fucky. I got <4hrs of battery life from 100% to less than 10%. Only 30 mins of screen time and 15 mins of calls. Everything else is low %.

I flashed a clean Shiney with no mods, installed xposed, rebooted, then installed xtheme module, rebooted, installed the first xtheme I found in the market, rebooted. Only a few things are themed. O_o

Also when I open xTheme it says I need to install/update xPosed and enable the xtheme module even though I already have.

Couldn't find the clock color setting in GB so I just hid it. Made the statusbar/navbar transparent when in the launcher.

So far CM11 has been good. No reboots or anything. I disabled animations to minimize graphic issues. The only problem I've see are the black boxes that pop up in the stock browser (not in chrome or firefox) and some other apps (Flow (a reddit reader)).

Might stay on this for a while. I'm gonna miss long press to change tracks. Don't want to attempt gravity box on 4.4 lol

Flashed it a couple days ago. At that point the only bugs were black boxes whenever WebView was used (stock browser, wellsfargo app, most reddit apps, etc) and minor graphical glitches during animations.

They just fixed the black boxes so I'm backing up now and about to flash a new CM11 w/ the WebView fix :cheeky:

I like KK. I imagine it's even nicer with a new faster phone.

I think the only bug left in KK for the GNex is the weird graphical artifacts during the power off animation and rotate animation. They only appear for a few seconds during the animation and then they're gone. Pretty minor. Fgt Google giving up support on the GNex :emo:

decently priced motox, the moto maker thing is cool, reinstating warranties for unlocked phones, and now getting KK to phones at the same speed Google did to the Nexus phones (and on VERIZON even).

The latest update for the Note3 (on VZW) blocks the old ways that were used to root. So if your phone comes with the latest update already installed then the only way to root is to use some new chinito root app. The app isn't open source so no one knows exactly how it works. Could be shady.

Ended up doodling for the first time on le note 3 and damn the pen is much reaponsive and also it has friction more natural instead of the feel of drawin on glass. It also came with like 4 replacement tips so far I likes alot

I think I need to back them up and delete some :roflmao: I could back them up to my desktop or use dropbox/G+/photobucket/etc to keep them in le cloud. I'm thinking G+ is a decent choice since we get like 15gb there and I can set it up to do it automatically from now on. :hmm:
