It's funny that FC is based out of VA. The one's here are mexi as fuck. The bakers pretty much sells only mexi breads and pastries, they have all the mexi cheese but I couldn't find swiss slices last time I went, every type of chili you could think of, mexi candy and drinks everywhere, etc. :roflmao: definitely doesn't give off a VA feeling.

Wifey is making a Peruvian skrimp chowder for dinner. Its extra credit for a Spanish class.

So far she is just boiling the skrimp shells/heads to make a broth. Then she's gonna add cubes of mexi cheese, potatoes, garlic, onion, evaporated malk for thickness, oregano, chili paste, etc.

Smells damned good so far, want to fast forward time to nom dat.
