So call me an idiot, but Im having a hard time figuring out this red dot. You are suppose to keep both eyes open right? If that's the case then I can't see the dot, but once I close one eye for a second and open it then I can see the dot with both eyes open. Is that how it is suppose to work? You only see the dot in your peripheral vision so to speak? Or could I need a taller riser?

I see what I was doing now. I was focusing on trying to look through the sight instead of keeping my eye on the target. By keeping my eyes on the target and then bringing the gun up I immediately see the dot.

Plus they have a lifetime no bullshit warranty
They were mainly what I was looking at until I came across the SCCY. It also has a lifetime warranty that follows the gun, not the owner. I just see so many negative things on Taurus that I don't wanna chance it.

About 300 orders were moved to the head of the line under the old system logic, and had their orders shipped ahead of where they should have been in line. It moved all the rest of you back about 300 places in line – which, rightfully so, caused an uproar.

When we found the problem, we immediately disabled this logic, truly resuming our first in first out policy. The real problem is that demand is far greater than any factory’s ability to quickly catch up.

The good news is we have cured the broken system logic; thanks for telling us. We are shipping in order received, and handling your orders the way we have always tried to – honestly, fairly, and with everything right on top of the table.

Doug Ross has several important info updates about the status of the gun industry currently, followed by an inventory update. We traveled to Texas for Industry meetings concerning the shortages, here's what we were told.

Smith & Wesson-is running at Full capacity making 300+ guns/day-mainly M&P pistols. They are unable to produce any more guns to help with the shortages.

RUGER: Plans to increase from 75% to 100% in the next 90 days.

FNH: Moving from 50% production to 75% by Feb 1st and 100% by March 1.
Remington-Maxed out!
Armalite: Maxed out.
DPMS: Can't get enough parts to produce any more product.
COLT: Production runs increasing weekly...bottle necked by Bolt carrier's.
LWRC:Making only black guns, running at full capacity...can't get enough gun quality steel to make barrels.
Springfield Armory: Only company who can meet demand but are running 30-45 days behind.
AMMO: Every caliber is now allocated! We are looking at a nation wide shortage of all calibers over the next 9 months. All plants are producing as much ammo as possible with 1 BILLION rounds produced weekly. Most is military followed by law enforcement, and civilians are third in line.
MAGPUL is behind 1 MILLION mags, do not expect any large quantities of magpul anytime soon.
RELOADERS... ALL Remington, Winchester, CCI & Federal primers are going to ammo FIRST. There are no extra's for reloading purposes... it could be 6-9 months before things get caught up. Sorry for the bleak news, but now we know what to expect in the coming months. Stay tuned, we'll keep you posted.

Reporter here went to local gun show and reported this :rofl2:

AKs were $1,000.
ARs were $1,500 – $2,000 for low-end brands – some I’ve never heard of.
.223 was about a dollar per round.
AK mags were $40.
AR mags were $60 – and that’s for GI aluminum.
One dealer wanted $40 for a box of .45 acp that still bore an $18 price tag.
Another wanted $1,200 for a NIB WASR – a WASR? The last one I bought, about a year ago, cost me $350.
