What do I need to do to get this place going again?

Just word of mouth is all you can do. It'll take some time.

Just out of curiousity, does it cost anything to have the site dormant?

Nope. Not really. I will install the games soon. Just want to see if this place can going without the arcade. I guess not :shocked:
