yeah it is. im going to do it for enough to 4 phones. im thinking some under the dash or in bottom of old ashtrays. as for the rear in a do or panel. i want no wires for anything or everything hidden basically.

that'd be nice, my Nexus 7 has wireless charging built in and I could add it to my wife's Note3 easily. My G2 doesn't have it though, I'd need to add a case with wireless charging like this: http://blog.ipanipan.com/post/642127...wireless-power

you can buy a little thing that goes inside phone that does it too. i see them all the time on ebay. i have s4 so im good. strange note is not capable.

The G2 doesn't have a removable back so I can't buy the coil and stuff it in there. I can get one of those cases or an adapter like this that will fit in almost any case:



The Note3 has wireless charging back-covers but they make it fatter and it doesn't fit in some cases. The better way to do it is to buy the generic ones that are pretty much just a sticker with a coil on it and put that under the stock battery cover.

The CV has a cig lighter plug in the passenger footwell so I plugged in my charger there, ran a long usb cable under the carpet and had it pop out below the cup holders. Brought the aux cable out the same place and zip tied them together so it was just one clean "double cable" that I had to deal with. Worked well.

Tracker probably only has one cig lighter hole and it's most likely in the middle, may need to hard wire a charger behind the dash or something to keep it cleaner, don't want a charger sticking out and getting in the way.

Easiest way would be to get a micro usb cigarette lighter adapter and break it open and hardwire that straight to a 12v/ground somewhere right?

Or maybe hard wire an inverter somewhere and plug in allthethings.

easiest way is just get a charging mat take the adapter like you said cut it open run a fused power to it. then you take the guts of qi mat and mount them behind door panel dash whatever.
