no no no no no. first series deviates A LOT from the first series.

brotherhood doesnt include dante, introduces the real antagonist, gives you the real ending and includes bamfness. some of the first eps are similar in the beginnning but that ends around 12 or so. wrath isnt teachers kid in brotherhood. hell that kid isnt even in brotherhood.

brotherhood is worth the watch. unlesss you dont want anymore fma

just watch the last ep

no you watched the first series. (btw if you want the conclusion for that series watch conqueror of shamballa for closure)

but brotherhood is the second true up series. it follows the manga entirely.
see when the first series was done the manga was ongoing and at one point it wouldve passed the manga so theyd either complete/cancel or change story to make it longer and so the first anime had its own story

tl;dr

fma:brotherhood is good/better. plus the real end as opposed to the movie

and they get their bodies back, last brotherhood eps are win
