i've just been using jrummy's Root Browser lately, does what i need it to and is free in the market
i was using  root explorer or solid explorer but that doesn't help when you flash a new rom and can't get to the apk to install it

i had a flashable TiBu but that shit wouldn't actually install unless i flashed the rom/gapps, booted, then went back and flashed TiBu.
 wanted to do it all at once. flashed successfully but the app never installed. fts

i was using cm's file manager but it got fubared everytime i flashed a new rom.

yeah, has a few extra stuffs here and there but idgaf about that. I just got tired of Play Music being stupid (shuffle problems, sometimes not showing the song that is currently playing, etc) and apollo kept FCing and didn't allow you to delete mp3s by long pressing them.
shuttle fills the void, didn't want anything too fancy

Juan Im gonna upload an updated apollo.apk to dropbox. I pulled it today from fits. It does everything you said it didnt do before and has a sweet color changer theme thing. Also it allows you to get rid of the lockscreen music controls.
