Hangouts = on phone, Chrome, gmail website
Duo = video calls only
Allo = messaging tied to phone number, no desktop version?
Wish they'd just improved Hangouts instead of fragmenting everything. With that said, Allo looks good. Just wish it had a web/chrome based version.
