it was nom. bison is definitely more expensive than hamburger, but its so much better. when I lived in montana they had the best damn burgers.

I ate bison meatloaf in west yellowstone and elk burger at another replace about 10 min outside west yellowstone kinda in between there and Idaho. Both were very good.

it was an older couple that ran the place in the mall, so I dunno if every Fuddruckers is nom, but if the other food is decent wouldnt see why the bison wouldnt be. bison is pretty heavily regulated so you really cant get crappy meat.

ive had buffalo burgers its good. eat fresh elk its good for chili and stuff but a burger out of it is horrible unless you put some cow fat in with it.

yeah they supposed to mix it all up when you grind it. looks like they added too much actually. alot of pp add cheese also. done right its good. doesnt taste really much different than regular summer sausage though. it aint good enough for me to go set in the snow for 6 hours to shoot one.
