any of you know anything about ram timing and shit?

Mobo has 4 slots. I have two 2gb sticks in there (slot 1 and 3) and the sticker says the timing is 5-4-4. I want to add two more but can't find any with the same timing. The G.Skill ram I'm looking at is 5-5-5-15 O_o IDKWTF is the difference. Since it's dual channel, will it be fine as long as 1/3 match up and 2/4 match up?
