ssd depends on how much space you need/want. If you keep most of your data on your desktop in a spinning drive (cheaper) then you can probably just grab a 250gb SSD for <$90.

battery idk, yours is bad?

Yo Stonehenge, that problem with my mouse was the DPI. When the lagging/freezing occurred, I never switched DPI to see if the other settings would freeze it too. They didn't, the fastest DPI and slowest DPI worked flawlessly. So I guess it was the mouse afterall... stupid headache.

I've used all sorts of wireless, wired, gaming cheap and expensive. They all worked good and bad, but this mouse I fought so hard for is a cheap gaming mouse that is bamf
