Machaca sounds good. Want. I agree it sounds/looks like shredded jerky. Ever had that? I've seen it shredded into fine strands, heavier strings, and powder.

That stuff looks like basically the same stuff Rick except machaca is pretty much always the texture of the last one. Not powder but not thick. Very fibrous.
