One of the biggest problems we have, besides numerous others of course, is those who are life time senators/reps. I feel that being a senator/rep you should do after serving a purpose in society...then you can possibly be a public servant as a senator/rep.

Took it to VZW last night up here in SC and the dude told me that b/c it had a small crack in the left bottom corner, that the warranty was voided and there was nothing he could do and he wouldn't even look at it.

Same shit they did to me. Mine had an issue with the screen internals that was common. Googling showed that it happened to old phones, new phones, abused phones, and phones treated like babies. But fgts saw the crack and said GTFO.

Had to call insurance.

What fgts imo. Do you have an old vzw phone somewhere that you can activate for the next few weeks? Or you can try calling *611 and explain your situation. SOMETIMES they'll move upgrade dates.

Yeah I guess so. However I dont think I would be happy w/ some jerk off treating me like that in a VZw store when I am that far from home and need a phone though. Its just inconsiderate smart ass rude people I seem to have little to no patience with anymore. You are in the service industry, you are paid to serve/help me out with problems so just fucking do it and dont be a wise as jerk off about it.
