I nommed mini-pizzas. The dollar store had these two-packs of pre-fab crusts about 8 inches diameter and they're quite good. They're also really quick to turn into a pizza or a potato concoction like Pizzeria Uno's "pizza skins".

Wife makes a bunch, wraps them individually, and sticks them in the freezer. I bring to work and nuke on a silver microwave crisper thingie. So much win.
