agreed. where i mainly see calorie counting being a big deal is with say bodybuilders, they need a specific target body composition and thats when it counts.

same with figure athletes, but for the given majority your right, calorie counting gives them a basis. and i probably jsut skipped that since ive been lifting forever, i aquired a feel early on.

Finances are coming around for us finally after a few years. Max reps and Its taken ALOT of dedication but we are doing it finally and its showing. Its been a struggle in the past at times but we havent given up.
