I don't really know much about proxies, other than the fact they can block people from knowing what you're doing.

When I was downloading torrent movies on the home network, "someone" was catching us and bitching to our ISP (Verizon, now sold out to Frontier). I was wondering if there was a true proxy I can run on my phone, for downloading movies.

I don't really know much about proxies besides the fact that they'll probably slow your downloads down to shit speed.

ahh fuck. gonna have to switch to a new ROM. Fucking phone wants to update itself to Verizons newest crap. Shit is annoying

rofl the notification must have just started today. I know a few people that wanted the update and the only way they could get it was to go into the settings and have it manually check. But my coworker has been on Froyo and wanted to stay there and he just got the annoying pop up today and it wont go away.

Gonna sbf his phone to the newest .605 and root it, restore his apps, and install le tether haxxx later today or tomorrow

dunno about tb but you can probably just install the wifi tether app

On the DX on stock GB, they block the app so you have to flash a haxx.
