i used o'reily brand once just because the car had a leak
it was the right thickness (20W-50) so i was liek fuck it ain't buyin quality shit for it to leak on my driveway |

A lot of the f150s during that year and after had issues with spark plugs breaking off during removal.

It's ok to degrease, but be careful, and if you have ancient spark plug wires then you can expect misfires for a day or two.

The expeditions and f150s had the coil over plug design with the plugs facing straight up and shitty seals. Would fill with water and skip and pop. Then rust solid.

They face almost straight up on the CV too. Luckily the coils seem to seal pretty well but I imagine in "rusty states" it wouldn't be a good idea to get water in there regularly.

Not really. It has some small wires but you don't replace them regularly, you replace the coils but that isn't really necessary very often.
