F3 GOTY includes the 5 DLCs that came out for it. They all add decent amount of quests, new areas, etc. They are The Pitt, Operation: Anchorage, Broken Steel, Point Lookout and Mothership Zeta.

FNV GOTY includes these DLCs: Dead Money, Honest Hearts, Old World Blues and Lonesome Road. And some gun-packs or whatever: Courier's Stash and Gun Runners Arsenal.

Just now exploring Velen (did all the ? I could in White Orchard). I left a couple nests unmurdered though. Must go back for that.

Yeah, most of the question marks are monster nests, bandit camps, or treasure. There are some cool places where you have to rescue captives and clear towns of monsters/bandits too. I even picked up a few side quests from notes I picked up in random places like that.

I finally sailed to Skellige but just started the missions located there. It's fucking awesome, the Skellige people are pretty much Vikings. The entire area is crazy too, because it's one big island surrounded by other tiny islands with villages on them.

Juan, be sure and buy these Witcher gear map sets from these vendors:

The Witcher 3 – Vendors that sell maps to Witcher Gears (Bear, Cat and Griffin)

That will help you out a ton because the Witcher armor sets have some great buffs. I'm using Griffin armor which gives a huge buff to my Signs and they recharge super quick. I love using Igni and Aard. I have Melt Armor and Firestream from the Igni skill tree right now and I just fucking melt faces off with it.

Always loot everything you see too, because you need it to craft each type of Witcher gear and it's 3 upgraded sets.

They break down like this:
Cat = fast and agile, weaker armor, great stamina recharge
Griffin = medium armor, good stamina, good magic (best overall IMO)
Bear(Ursine) = strong but slow (looks BAMF though)
