That's good battery life as far as I'm concerned. Although probably almost no screen time right?

I didn't really check percentages or uses. We will see how today goes.
Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using Tapatalk 2 Nowhere local had the OEM Verizon Samsung Extended Battery and Door, so ordered it from VZW for $26ish shipped with 2-day shipping. If any place local had it in, I was tempted to go pre-order a 32gb SIII in white as well. Oh well.

Yeah I can't think of too much use for it since it doesn't have its own screen and whatnot but it's a pretty cool little device, especially for only $75

Batteries are non-existent in the places around here. Plus, the difference between factory sized battery and extended battery is only like $5 difference.

Since you are battery life hoar, you could still carry the standard battery around in your backpack/pocket/anos and then swap them out if you happen to kill the extended.
but it would be annoying to charge them both at the end of the day unless you bought a battery charger ---------- Post added at 11:14 AM ---------- Previous post was at 11:14 AM ---------- kinda want raspberry pi + xbmc although my ps3 already does what i need so nvm

I plan on leaving the standard battery at work. Then if I need it, I will take it with me.
Ordered the battery this morning...just got email stating it had been shipped.

eh, i am content in my purchase. if i need the additional dock and battery, i will purchase something like that.
a big thing from vzw was the shipping time. i don't have a lot of time to deal with waiting for time before leaving for california.

Foo, we aren't challenging your purchase of the extended battery, it is win, especially for $26 considering it's legit Sammy. We all bought the same one lol.
Just saying that if you find yourself swapping out both batteries often, the chargers we posted would make it a lot more painless.

Seriously considering pre-ordering the S3... Not sure if I want to wait a month to get it tho. Decisions, decisions....
