Juan, I got some new icons, opened them in Astro and can view them, downloaded launcher pro, but can't figure out how to swap them out. halp!

Home down on an icon in the dock and choose "change icon" or go to menu: add: shortcut: pick an apps and then it will let you choose an icon.

Oh and extract the icons to a folder cuz launcherpro wont look in zip files.

In LauncherPro you can disable icon titles or whatever in the options.
