In case that wasn't clear:
1. Open c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts (no extension on the filename) in notepad.
Start -> Run -> notepad c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts
2. Add one line per host, formatted as follows:
192.168.0.69 sexmachine
192.168.0.169 moresexmachine.cows.com
