yeah the noise from my belt always stops when any kind of liquid is applied
old mechanic guy said his late model dodge truck does the same thing and there's really nothing to do. He also said to never use wd-40 cuz it'll just fuck it up and dry it out. He told me he sprays his with armor-all every so often to keep the chirp/squeel away. Told me to buy a bottle of original armor-all spray and try it out.
