This stuff is incredibly cheap. 1 liter was $13. It is not very good tequila. It is very effective alcohol. I think it's more than the claimed 80 proof. It gets me fucked up much more easily than other tequilas. It smells faintly like tequila, faintly like paint thinner, and mostly like nothing at all. It tastes just like it smells. It's supposed to be anejo but it's only slightly tinted.

It does make me fucking buzzed really easy, that's fo sho. :lootie:

I don't drink often, and when I do I rarely drink enough to catch any buzz. Mostly I drink beer for the flavor, and tequila/whiskey for the flavor and the burning feeling.

well i just found out vodka can be of different proofs.. i always thought it was 40 proof.. the handle of it i have now seemed a little stronger than my last but i've noticed it is a 50 proof.. didn;t know that :D

Same as far as liquor for the flavor. I usually throw something in some OJ or Cola or something. As for beer, if I go out to dinner I'll have one with dinner for flavor but at home I tend to drink light stuff after working or getting home from work. Not too big on the thicker beers after working, just with food.

So, uhh...wording in the article is a little unclear, but I guess these guys are going to trade Bushmills Irish Whiskey to the Jose Cuervo company for Don Julio Tequila.

Does this mean that Cuervo is going to ruin Bushmills?
