I've discovered some foods that seem like they'd be fattening but really aren't; and some that seem like they wouldn't be filling, but they are.
1. Cadbury Creme Egg - 170 calories (maybe less for the new ones that are a little smaller), doesn't feel filling but then later I'm not hungry for my next meal.
2. Boston Market Beef Pot Roast (http://www.bostonmarketfrozen.com/Product-View.aspx?ID=4) frozen meal. It's actually quite good. It doesn't taste like most micrrowave frozen beef meals. Everything is tender and flavorful. I even like the gravy. The only part I don't eat is the onions but I probably could. Anyway, it's 400 calories and it's most of a meal for me. It doesn't look like it should fill me, and I usually require 800 calories or more.
