Photo hosting sites as backup storage

I was looking at the size of my photos folder, 25GB, thinking that it would be nice to have an off-site backup. Then it occurred to me: what about free photo hosting sites?

This wiki has a list and there's many with unlimited storage:

:shake: I already back them up on a second hard drive that doesn't stay plugged in to the computer, but I was thinking off-site storage would be good and I don't particularly want to store them at work...

well with a dvd you wouldnt have to worry about it frying or a flash drive a real large one and keep it a in a firebox

Kind of like the spray-and-pray method of firing a machine gun, I shoot a shitload of pictures and hope some come out good. Then I can't bring myself to delete them.

My camera takes pictures that are 3MB, plus there's probably a few GB worth of videos.

The most pictures I have on my computer are probably pictures of Cristina Scabbia (my avatar), I'm sure Tyler knows this already. I still have a shit ton of room left. Although I'm running 2 750GB hard drives right now with a 1TB backup. No off site backup though.
