:word: Now that i'm an asst sysadmin, we just manage the servers which is pretty chill unless something takes a shit. However, when I was a tech, the easiest calls were "ZOMG IT WON'T TURN ON" and when you get there it is unplugged :jester:

Or "ITS GOING SOOOO SLOW HELLLP" and you go over and "power cycle the machine to increase performance" :jester: :cool:
