amiami usually has best prices. lots of shipping options. and they carry a lot more than figures too so u can browse around for various things for pretty low prices.

other sites ive used include 1999.co.jp. theyre barely more expensive than amiami but they have less shipping options. and the english on there is a little iffy. both are solid vendors.

jlist also does figures but they are the priciest of the three. they have lots of shipping options too

The games for One Piece and Naruto are not that bad actually. Hell, I'd play Naruto for my big titted mature waifu Tsunade alone.

I don't full on hate the One Piece anime, it's just so-so and incredibly overrated, that's the main reason we get so pissed about it. I've watched like 110 episodes so far and plan to go ahead and watch the rest that have been dubbed thus far. It's something to watch when I'm bored.
