Pinche vMo LG Rumor2 is locked the fuck down so you have to buy $4 ringtones. They used to have a system where users could create their own ringtones from vMo's library of samples using vMo's tracker. Those ringtones could be bought for $1, and there was even a system for earning points towards them. I have a few of those.

Most people I know: Sounds kinda like "Feels Like The First Time" by Foreigner.
Numbers not in my contacts list: Sounds like an old phone ringing.
Wife: Kinda a bluegrassy fingerpicking guitar/cymbals
Bill collector: Quietest, shortest ringtone on the phone.

The Virgin Mobile LG Rumor2 was made to sell ringtones. It only came with 3 ringtones. One sounds vaguely like an updated version of "I Ran" by Flock Of Seagulls and is nearly tolerable. The other two are hip-hop and repeatedly say/yell "Virgin Mobile!". None of them sound anything like any kind of phone ringing.

I guess the stations I listened to didn't overplay it. Also, it's immune to being played out, it's just that awesome. Worst case scenario you have to listen to it less often for a while then you can go right back to the "all Cumbersome all the time" station.

They sure did play out My Own Prison, but then it's not hard to play that one out, it's not that good.
